Changing the Usual
June 10, 2018
Habits are the usual things we do. In this message we find Jesus with his disciples, it was the night before his crucifixion and we see him going to the mount of olives to pray and the scripture says “as usual.” The Greek word for usual in this passage is Ethos, which means what is customary, or normal, or what is ordinary. What we discover is Jesus had a habit (the usual thing he did) of spending time with God the Father, seeking him. In this message we discover the importance of changing our usual (habit) to seeking God on a daily basis.
