In your life what brings the most stress and burden?
In the corporate world and in the church world we have policies and procedures on how to do things. There is a legal statement that is used in corporate life called “Best Practices”. It infers that this is the best way to handle certain situations.
So how do we handle life when stress and difficulties come? Last week as we talked about the need for being refreshed Jesus said these words to everyone: Matthew 11:28-30 (28) “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. (29) Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (30) For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
