Paul was in his early 60’s when he was imprisoned in Caesarea. yet he wrote of his hope in what God had promised. See Acts 26:6-8
In Hebrews 11:7-17 we see God’s dependability. Also in Genesis Chapter 1 it says “God said”. And without exception, when God spoke, something happened. See also Psalms 33:6-9
God’s promises remain irrevocable because of who God is.
